Pricing:
Our prices are published on our price list and vary by device model and repair.  The prices shown are the maximum that we will charge.  We will not combine or stack up multiple repair costs without approval.  If you have a request that isn’t listed, please submit a price request through our website.

Repair / Recovery:
When the repair or recovery is complete, we create an invoice in our system and send it to you via email & you will also see it on your list of invoices when logged in.  It is payable online by card using the pay link listed on the attached invoice we emailed or by clicking the pay button through our website.  After the invoice is paid, we ship the device back.

Prior Logic Board Rework Attempts:
Our prices are intended for logic boards that have not been altered by prior repair attempts involving soldering equipment.  We provide pricing on a case-by-case basis for these devices.

Warranty:
All parts and repair services are guaranteed for a period of 90 days after the date of repair. Our guarantee covers the primary issue (or issues) that we repaired but does not cover the entire device.  Accidental damage after you have received the device is also not covered.  If possible, please back up the device before sending it as there is no way for us to warranty loss of data.  Complimentary repairs are only covered on a case by case basis and are not covered under warranty as we only guarantee paid services.

Return / Refund Policy:
In the event that something we fixed does not stay fixed it will need to be returned to us for repair.  If we are not able to repair your device we will refund your money for the repair.  Please keep in mind that we cannot issue refunds for issues that are unrelated to our repair.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment Terms and return shipping:
Payment is due within 14 days of repair completion.  Invoices paid before 3:00PM EST will be shipped the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped on the next business day.  Devices not paid for within 60 days of the repair completion notification or device not repairable notification will be considered abandoned and used for parts or sold to cover repair and storage costs.

Abandoned Devices:
Completed repairs or recoveries not paid within 60 days of completion will be considered abandoned.  Devices that are received and are repaired or recovered & would otherwise be successful but the customer does not respond will be considered abandoned after 1 year from the arrival date.  Abandoned devices will be used for parts or sold to cover unpaid labor & storage costs.
